Clinicians recognize the power of meditation in building mental fitness. It can ease anxiety, lower stress, sharpen thinking and even help you sleep. Meditation is to your mind what exercise is to your body, but just like exercise, it can be hard to make it a regular part of your life

What is Mental Fitness?

“Mental fitness” generally refers to the state of having a healthy, resilient, and well-functioning mind—similar to how physical fitness describes the health and strength of the body. It’s about actively building and maintaining mental well-being, flexibility, and clarity.
 

Key aspects of mental fitness include:

  • Cognitive sharpness – the ability to think clearly, focus, solve problems, and make decisions.

  • Emotional regulation – managing stress, staying calm under pressure, and recovering from setbacks.

What is Bloom?

Bloom is a program that helps you strengthen your mental fitness by combining the power of Virtual Reality (VR), meditation, and focused attention training. The moment you put it on, you’ll step into a beautiful VR world—far away from everyday distractions—where you’ll be gently guided through calming exercises that will help you be more present and sharpen your focus.
With Bloom, you can personalize your experience by choosing from different modes, scenic locations, and narrations that match your mood. Every session is designed to boost your overall well-being while building confidence, resilience, and empathy.


What do I need to do to use Bloom? 
You will need to sign up and create a PIN here. When you do, you will receive an email and link???????You will need to connect to your WiFi network.

When your headset arrives, simply find a comfortable spot to sit, with enough space to move your head and arms freely. Adjust the headset until it feels just right, press the power button, and step into Bloom. From there, you’ll be gently guided through the setup and welcomed into a space designed for healing, relaxation, enjoyment, and restoration.
This is where the journey begins. Here’s to your healing and growth!

What is VR and why it makes a difference?
Virtual Reality (VR) is a three-dimensional, computer-generated environment that you can explore and interact with in natural, intuitive ways. It lets you step away from everyday distractions and enter a focused, immersive world.
Instead of competing with those distractions, VR surrounds you with rich visuals, calming sounds, and sensory experiences that draw you in and help you concentrate. The experience is so enjoyable that you’ll want to return to it again and again—leading to even greater results.
